One-hundred-forty characters — or less! — at a time, Walnut Creek Patch is building a story.
We've been watching the number of Twitter followers for weeks now. It went past 1,000 over the weekend and grew to 1,002 on Monday. (We were a bit leery about declaring the barrier broken early because a couple deadbeats could "un-follow" us and plunge us back to 999.)
