Walnut Creek Police Arrest 3 People In Stolen Vehicle
An Automated License Plate Reader alerted police that the vehicle was stolen.

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Three people were arrested in Walnut Creek early Sunday in a stolen Lincoln Navigator. Police were alerted by an Automated License Plate Reader.
Officers saturated the area and found the SUV with three people driving near Oak and Walden roads.
Officers stopped and searched the Navigator, which had tools typically associated with catalytic converter thefts and gas-syphoning, they report.
