Walnut Creek Police Arrest Man With Stolen Gun

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Walnut Creek police arrested a San Francisco man last week for several firearm related charges including felon in possession of a stolen firearm and restraining order violation.

It happened at a motel. A police officer was doing a routine patrol through the parking lot when he noticed two people acting suspiciously in a parked vehicle.

The officer determined that the suspect, Givoni Henry, was violating a restraining order against him. A gun from a residential burglary in Nevada was found in the vehicle.
