Police Launch New Watch Program To Make Walnut Creek Safer For Business

Walnut Creek Police is launching a new program to increase safety and communication among commercial stakeholders.

WALNUT CREEK, CA — Walnut Creek Police is launching a new program to increase safety and communication among commercial stakeholders.

The Walnut Creek Police Department will walk through the Walnut Creek Business Watch program on Feb. 24.

Developed in partnership with the Walnut Creek Downtown Association, the Walnut Creek Chamber of Commerce, and the Visitors Bureau, the free program is designed to bring police and local businesses closer together while improving the overall consumer and business experience.

Walnut Creek Business Watch will provide participants with direct access to safety resources, crime-prevention strategies, and communication with law enforcement, as well as “Lunch and Learn” sessions.
