Are you a senior age 50 or better and would like to get more involved in your community? This is the perfect opportunity! Volunteer on behalf of the Walnut Creek Seniors Club and nominate yourself or another candidate for the upcoming election to the WCSC Advisory Board. This is your chance to make a difference and serve in an important role that directly influences the ongoing success of the WC Seniors Club! WHAT IS THE WALNUT CREEK SENIORS CLUB? If you join the Board of the WC Seniors Club you will have a chance to help shape the future of events sponsored by the WC Seniors Club. The Walnut Creek Seniors Club is a non-profit organization that has had an association with the City of Walnut Creek at the Civic Park Community Center for many decades. The Seniors Club is run by volunteers and sponsors drop-in groups such as Bingo, Mah Jong, Qi Gong as well as outdoor activities such as Creakers Softball and Walking Buddies. In addition. the Seniors Club sponsors Zoom groups, such as Trivia and Let's Sing. There are ample opportunities to get involved in whatever capacity you'd like.
