Walnut Creek Shared Draft FY 2019-2020 Consolidated Annual Performance And Evaluation Report

This CAPER reports progress on the Annual Action Plan for fiscal year 2019-2020.

October 1, 2020

Walnut Creek is an entitlement community under the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, requires all CDBG entitlement jurisdictions to prepare and submit a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) (Attachment 1) to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by September 30th of each year. Due to COVID-19, HUD has waived the submission requirement from 90 days to 180 days after the end of the fiscal year. The CAPER provides the City and interested stakeholders with an opportunity to evaluate the progress in carrying out priorities and objectives contained in the City's five-year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan. This CAPER reports progress on the Annual Action Plan for fiscal year 2019-2020.
