ECHO's Homebuyer Education virtual trainings assist potential home buyers by providing classroom training on the home buying process. This series of workshops and the counseling session are available to residents of Alameda, Contra Costa, and Monterey Counties or individuals working in Livermore or Pleasanton

You must attend both workshops and a Pre-purchase Counseling Session to be eligible to receive a HUD Certificate. You must complete the Registration Form and submit the required documents to receive the Zoom link for the classes. Space is limited and only one registrations per household will be accepted.

February 13, 2021, 10:00AM - 3:00PM
February 20, 2021, 10:00AM - 3:00PM
