Announced on January 25, 2021, Gov. Newsom extends the Statewide Eviction Moratorium N-37-20 through June 30, 2021. Read the announcement here.

Assembly Bill 3088 enacts the Tenant, Homeowner, and Small Landlord Relief and Stabilization Act of 2020, the COVID-19 Small Landlord and Homeowner Relief Act of 2020 (Homeowner Act), and the COVID-19 Tenant Relief Act of 2020 (Tenant Act).

AB 3088 is extended including the requirement that tenants pay 25% per month by the end of the extended Statewide Eviction Moratorium, June 30, 2021.
