Watsonville Child Found Safe

WATSONVILLE, CA — Watsonville police have found a runaway boy who left home Wednesday and again Thursday.

He initially ran away with a friend from his home in the 400 block of Blackburn Street around 3 p.m. Tuesday after his mother confronted them. His mother followed the children, but lost sight of them near Burger King on Main Street in Watsonville, police said. They were reported missing that night.

There are no suspicious circumstances in this case, police said.
