In Watsonville: Annual Cesar E. Chavez Community Awards

The City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department will host the Annual Cesar E. Chavez Community Awards on Thursday, March 24, 2016 from 6:00p.m. to 8:00p.m. at the Civic Plaza Community Room, 275 Main Street, Fourth Floor

Seven local community members will be recognized for their dedicated community work and activism that exemplifies and promotes the values espoused by Cesar E. Chavez. The event will include a welcome by City of Watsonville Mayor, Felipe Hernandez and a keynote address given by Consuelo Alba, Director and Co-Founder of the Watsonville Film Festival.

This event is free and open to the public. No admission ticket will be required.
