The Santa Cruz County Economic Development Fund has COVID-19 emergency Loans of up to $50,000 and Recovery & Growth Loans of up to $500,000 for eligible businesses located in Santa Cruz County.

- Located in Santa Cruz County
- An operating business
- In Business for at least 1 year
- Viable, demonstrate profitability prior to COVID-19 and have a recovery plan
- Current on federal income taxes
