Come Celebrate world Wetlands Day

People of all ages will plant native plants along the trail, hear sweet music by the Mariachi Academy and enjoy short trail walks

Planned restoration work for the World Wetlands Day event will include planting of just under 3000 native plants along the waterway to create new and improved habitat. The planned restoration work is a part of the Watsonville Wetlands Climate Change Adaptation Project, designed to help the Watsonville wetlands and environment adapt to a changing climate.
