Earthquake Felt In Central Coast
An earthquake struck in San Benito County Thursday afternoon. On Wednesday, an earthquake rattled Aromas in Monterey County.
PINNACLES, CA — A 3.7-magnitude earthquake was registered about 10 miles northwest of Pinnacles in San Benito County, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. Some in Santa Cruz County felt the tremor.
The quake came on the heels of a 3.4-magnitude earthquake felt Wednesday morning about a mile east of Aromas in Monterey County. An hour earlier, a 2.8-magnitude quake registered near Tres Pinos in San Benito County.
