Linda Ballard, an award-winning educator, will teach a quilting class for beginners and up. Organized by the Pajaro Valley Quilters Association, the "4-Patch for the 90s" workshop is a scrap-friendly class taught in the community room at the Santa Cruz Villa Mobile Home Park, 2435 Felt St. in Santa Cruz. Quilters association members get a discount.
