Fall Programing is BACK and BETTER than ever at Youth N.O.W.!
After school student center serving middle school and high school aged youth.
WATSONVILLE- On Monday, August 29th Youth N.O.W. opened their doors for the start of Fall Programming. The opening date came with much anticipation from community families after a very successful summer, which offered youth free programming and field trips for its five week duration. With the growth of middle school enrollment numbers, Youth N.O.W.’s middle school program is currently capped in enrollment, but have a waitlist in place for students who are interested. All high school students are invited to drop in and get a tour of the space anytime after school. Programming runs Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3 pm to 5:30 pm and Wednesday’s from 1 pm to 5:30 pm. Youth N.O.W. is also piloting a new mentorship program called Pathways N.O.W. Any students looking for a career or college mentor is welcome to drop in or visit their youthnowenter.org for more information. Youth N.O.W Center is an After School Student Center that provides no-cost tutoring and academic support, as well as, a safe social environment for middle and high school students in the downtown Watsonville area. Youth NOW is committed to engaging youth in a nurturing community where they grow personally and academically through individualized programs that cultivate success.
