Man Gets 5 Years In Prison For DUI Crash: Report
The Santa Cruz County man was under the influence of meth and cannabis, KION reported.
WATSONVILLE, CA — A Watsonville man will serve five years and eight months in prison after a 2019 DUI crash that caused serious injuries, KION reported.
Officials said Noel Ledesma, 39, pulled out of a shoulder and made a U-turn on a Monterey County road, directly in front of a woman driving about 50 mph, KION reported. Investigators determined he was under the influence of meth and cannabis.
The victim suffered serious injuries including a broken hip and rib fractures, the station reported.
