Plans For Downtown Watsonville Subject Of Community Meeting

WATSONVILLE, CA — The city of Watsonville is hosting a community meeting Wednesday evening to discuss the Downtown Specific Plan, and the public is encouraged to attend.

The plan will provide a roadmap for the downtown area for years to come — transit, development and infrastructure are among the many topics expected to be covered during Wednesday's meeting. The plan is meant to be aligned with the city's objective to revitalize the downtown area, according to city documents.

Wednesday's meeting is scheduled 5-7 p.m. at the Civic Plaza Community Room, 275 Main Street.
