Watsonville Double Shooting Leaves Person In Critical Condition

WATSONVILLE, CA — Two people were found shot around 8 p.m. Sunday in Watsonville, police said.

One is in critical condition.

They were found near the Pajaro River levee, at the dead end of Walker Street, Watsonville police said in a statement. Both were taken to a trauma center.

Investigators are seeking to determine who may have been involved and whether the incident was gang-related, police said.
