Driver Hides In Trash Can After Watsonville Pursuit: Report
The driver sped away from police and nearly crashing his car, The Pajaronian reported.
WATSONVILLE, CA — Two people are facing drug-related charges after a driver sped away from Watsonville police, then ran away and hid in a trash can, The Pajaronian reported.
A Watsonville Police Department officer tried to stop the car shortly after noon Monday when the driver took off down East Lake Avenue and ran away from the car after it rolled to a stop, while his passenger stayed at the scene, the paper reported.
He was found in a Lettunich Building trash can, The Pajaronian reported. The passenger and driver are facing drug charges.
