SANTA CRUZ, CA — The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office plans to once more offer local rape exams for adult victims in April, the Santa Cruz Sentinel reported.Victims have traveled to San Jose-based Valley Medical Center Sexual Assault Response Team since September 2017 as the county grappled with nursing staff shortages.
