Santa Cruz County's Tritons are looking for an Indoor Facility
we are competitive cheer team in Watsonville. Age 6-16. We are looking for a place to practice indoors. We are a non profit organization.
I would like to introduce the Santa Cruz County Tritons. I am the president of our organization.
We are a non-profit cheerleading Competition team right here in Watsonville. We were created a year ago by 4 woman who wanted to create an affordable cheerleading team for competition purposes only. We have cheerleaders ranging in age from 5-18 years old. Last year we sent 26 cheerleaders to Disneyland to compete in Jr Nationals. One team winning first place in their division championships. We encourage fundraising all season long to offset cost.
Right now we practice at Linscott Charter school in Watsonville Tuesdays and Wednesday from 6-730PM. We have 45 cheerleaders this season. We would like to ask the community for help with a permanent practice location preferably indoors. When October roles around our children are outside in the cold and dark with battery operated lights. Not to mention a clown scare last year in the middle of practice.
