South County Residents Run Bay To Breakers

The top local finisher was Watsonville insurance broker Tony Scurich, who was 49th among men ages 50-59. His time of 53:20 was good enough to place 612 out of the 43,414 runners and walkers.

Corralitos teenagers Eric and Scott Cedarblade were the next South County finishers, clocking a few minutes past the hour mark. Cedarblade women, Lisa and Laurel, finished just shy of 1:20.

The fastest local woman was Cameron Miller, who ran 1:11:56 for the 12K course.
