Transportation Improvement Plan Fund Neighborhood Projects
Learn more about Measure D, the Transportation Improvement Plan which provides funding for transportation projects.
On November 8, 2016, County residents can vote for Measure D - the Transportation Improvement Plan, which provides funding for transportation projects by establishing a 30-year, ½ cent county-wide sales tax.
The Transportation Improvement Plan, or TRIP, proposes to fund projects in the following five categories: neighborhood projects, highway corridors, mobility access, coastal rail trail and the rail corridor.
Neighborhood projects include repairing potholes, maintaining local streets and roads and improving safety for children walking and biking to school. You can learn about the Neighborhood Projects by clicking on the links below:
