WATSONVILLE, CA — A 39-year-old Watsonville man was arrested Wednesday for "multiple offenses involving minors," the Santa Cruz County Sheriff reported. Carlos Gomez Velasco was arrested on charges of oral copulation with a minor, contacting a minor for sexual purposes, sexual battery, and contributing deliqunecy of a minor. Detectives believe there could be additional victims, and are asking anyone with information to contact detective Sgt. Zach West at 831-454-7645.
