WATSONVILLE, CA — A Watsonville Police Department cruiser will "go pink" this month, in honor of breast cancer awareness, courtesy of a "wrap" from the local business Chaz Design.

The pink cruiser is part of the agency's "Pink Patch Project," a campaign coinciding with October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month to raise funds and promote awareness of the disease.

"We’d like to thank Chaz Design for DONATING their time and the materials needed to wrap the patrol car," the department said. "Official unveiling coming soon."
