Watsonville Police Invite Residents To 'National Night Out'
The Watsonville Police Department is celebrating Tuesday's event with free events across several neighborhoods.
WATSONVILLE, CA — Thousands of law enforcement agencies across the nation are taking part in the annual National Night Out on Tuesday to promote police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.
" ... it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances," the National Night Out website reads.
In Watsonville, there will be an opportunity to participate. Individual neighborhoods across the city and in nearby unincorporated areas will see Watsonville police officers and other local officials hosting a variety of free, family friendly events.
