Watsonville's Mayor Boogies At Virtual Zumba Classes

WATSONVILLE, CA — Looking to switch up your workout?

Every Wednesday and Friday at 9 a.m., Watsonville Mayor Rebecca Garcia steps out of the political arena and onto the dance floor for a Zumba workout.

The free classes are livestreamed on the Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department Facebook page. Garcia builds in water breaks and stretches.

"Remember: Water and a towel," she said Friday morning. "And just enjoy the dance!"
