16 Days 'Til Halloween: Don't Be A Ghoul About The Homeless...

In late January 2018, the City of West Hollywood launched its “Real Change” Donation Station program.

“There are four Donation Stations presently, and, if the program is successful, perhaps we can add more throughout the City,” said Council Member Lauren Meister, who first proposed the program be brought to West Hollywood, during her last term as Mayor.

A consistent advocate on behalf of the homeless in West Hollywood, Meister added a shout out aimed at the hearts and minds of West Hollywood residents, who are the wholehearted parts that make the greater whole, than summed up anywhere else,

“Folks can feel good about feeding these meters because the funds collected will go towards the City’s Homeless Initiative. It’s a great way for community members to support the City’s outreach efforts and services to assist people who are experiencing homelessness.”

The following are the 4 Weho locations where you can donate at West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval, as you move every which way, as every brand of witch and wench, henchman and wretch, elected or appointed or self-aggrandized...be your best worst selves or vice versa, whichever flaunts riches with greatest abandon and parking meter acumen:

• West Hollywood Gateway (La Brea Avenue)
• Plummer Park (adjacent to tennis courts)
• Santa Monica Boulevard at Robertson Boulevard
• West Hollywood Park
