The event will feature a costume contest, food and refreshments, music by DJ Quinn and performances by Arianna Taylor, Banana Nicole Split and Spacee Kadett.

Organizers ask attendees to RSVP for free admission at go.weho.org/boo.

"#BOO! is designed to provide a safe and festive space for the sober community to come together and celebrate in advance of Halloween weekend," event organizers said. "More than just a party, attendees can expect a welcoming environment where everyone can connect, express themselves freely through costumes and creativity, and enjoy the fun of the Halloween season without the pressures or presence of alcohol or substances."

The West Hollywood Recovery Center hosts year-round programming that promotes health, wellness and connection among community members in recovery. For more information, visit thewhrc.org.

City officials directed event inquiries to Community Programs Coordinator Moya Márquez at 323-848-6574 or mmarquez@weho.org.
