UPDATE at 5:35 p.m.: One firefighter suffered a twisted knee battling that three-alarm apartment building fire in the 1200 block of North Horn Avenue in West Hollywood. He was taken to a hospital for treatment, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

UPDATE at 4:56 p.m.: The fire in an apartment building in the 1200 block of North Horn Avenue in West Hollywood has gone to three alarms, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department. The fire was reported at 3:53 p.m., a department dispatcher says. An unconfirmed report indicates a firefighter had to be rescued from the building and is being taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in unknown condition.
