Authorities Seek Pubic Help Finding Armed Robbers
The suspects got away with the victim's watch, which was worth $30,000.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA – Authorities are seeking public help to find two armed men who robbed a man of his $30,000 wristwatch near Urth Caffé in West Hollywood.
The crime occurred yesterday around 10:15 p.m. in the 8500 block of Melrose Avenue, where the suspects approached two men standing on the sidewalk, according to sheriff's Deputy Grace Medrano.
"The first suspect pointed a handgun at one of the victims and demanded the victim's Audemars Piguet wristwatch, valued at $30,000," Medrano said. "Fearing for his safety, the victim handed over his watch to the suspect."

The second suspect then demanded the wristwatch worn by the other victim, who saw a handgun in the suspect's waistband, Medrano said.
"The victim – not willing to give up his wristwatch – pushed the suspect away from him," she said, and the suspects then ran off.

The first suspect was described to authorities as black, between 18-25 years old and around 5 feet 6 inches tall with a thin build and wearing dark clothing. The only information regarding the second suspect was that he was a black man wearing a black hooded sweater and a red baseball cap.
