Beverly Center Celebrates Lunar New Year - Year of the Monkey - Throughout the Month of February

Celebrity Kick-Off Event | Thursday, February 4, 2016

To kick-off the festivities, Beverly Center will host its third annual Lunar New Year event on February 4, with appearances by Janel Parrish and Harry Shum Jr., exciting promotions, contests, and traditional festive décor including the return of the popular Wishing Tree.

To bring good fortune, guests that make purchases of $500 or more during the month of February will be presented with customary red envelopes, which will include special gift cards. Guests who present purchase receipts of $500 or more will receive a $25 gift card; guests who spend $1,000 or more will receive a $50 gift card (same day purchases only, while supplies last).

Lunar New Year celebrations will take place around the popular enchanting Wishing Tree located on Level 6 in Center Court where guests are invited to write their wishes. In the Chinese culture, placing a wish on the Wishing Tree bestows blessings and makes wishes come true. The tree is also adorned with cultural elements such as coins, lanterns and ribbons to symbolize joy, luck and prosperity in the year to come.

All guests are invited to enter-to-win a $500 gift card for a Beverly Center shopping spree. Entries are available at Guest Services.
