COLORADO TRAGEDY

WITH GREAT SADNESS I read how a few harmless hours meant to be enjoyed in a movie theater in Colorado threw a small American town into a national tragedy yesterday. Sparing all of the details of the sick, twisted mind that concocted and executed such a horrible event, I wonder again about how such sophisticated weaponry is still ludicrously available for purchase in our country.  When and where will this road end? 

FRED’S WILD WILLIE ADVENTURE

Famed character actor and comic Fred Willard was literally caught with his pants down in, of course, a Hollywood porn theater Wednesday.

So we can almost hear inside the folks back east, saying, “You Hollywood people….”

While I do believe what Fred did was mostly a knucklehead thing to do, I also wonder if there is a double-standard here, when Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsey Lohan practically built side-careers revealing themselves to the general public getting in and out of limos without wearing underwear.

 Fred, next time, take a limo and ride in style!
