After several invitations and requests from friends, I finally attended my first West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce mixer yesterday. It was a great turn out! I met a lot of the WeHo Chamber members, a couple board members, and had some really interesting conversations. Even though I technically am not a business located in West Hollywood, I am considering joining. I understand that mixers and chambers of commerce are great networking opportunities for businesses that are service providers, but I'm curious to get some feedback from others who are not a service provider (such as GymPaws). Do you think it's a valuable resource / opportunity to be members of the Chambers of Commerce?
Looking forward to hearing your input / advice. In the meantime as a thanks for the hospitality and gratuity of the event yesterday, here's a promo code for anyone who'd like to try out a pair of GymPaws!
