Five months ago, I was going through a financial hardship and it was almost impossible for me to pay the amount of installments for mortgage. I applied to then bank for loan modification several times but each time they rejected me. As a result they foreclosed on me. I was about to be a homeless but this Eviction Defense Group saved me. They sued the bank and stopped the foreclosure due to a wrongful foreclosure. And the bank agreed on my proposal as a settlement. Now my loan is modified and I am very relaxed.
