Decomposing Body Found in Car
A decomposing body is found in car parked near Willoughby and Genesee avenues Saturday morning. Coroner has not determined whether the body is human or animal.
The coroner will not reveal until tomorrow whether a decomposing body found today in a vehicle near West Hollywood was human or animal.
Coroner's Investigator Joyce Kato said the report on the investigation was not complete.
Police responded to the area of Willoughby and Genesee avenues at 10:05 a.m. regarding reports of a foul odor inside a vehicle, Officer Wendy Reyes of the Los Angeles Police Department said.

``We don't know if it is human or an animal,'' Reyes said. ``The coroner came down and the vehicle was taken to the coroner's office.''
