This coming Tuesday night, July 24 from7:30 to 9:00pm, Genghis Cohen in West Hollywood will host a Nashville-style songwriter's round that will focus on the songcraft of Nashville veteran songwriter Jane Bach, Shady Hill Records' artist Sandra Piller and singer/songwriters Kelly Fitzgerald and Joey Sykes.

The Genghis Cohen event will follow the classic format of a round, where each songwriter plays one of their songs, followed by the next writer, and the next, and so on. They can join in with each other, add harmonies, contribute a guitar riff, perform a little percussion, or just listen along with the audience.

Genghis Cohen is located at 740 N. Fairfax Ave., W. Hollywood, CA 90046. Phone: (323) 653-0640. The club is just North of Melrose Blvd. and street parking is available. There is an $8 dollar cover. Showtime is 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. There is a full bar and restaurant.
