What Did I Do To Be So Black and…(a dream I had after falling asleep with Fox News Channel on)

Highways presents a surrealistic meditation on a controversial alternative lifestyle: blacks and gays in the Republican Party. This new “mixed media piece” features live performance and video by Paul Outlaw, as well as a sculptural installation consisting of costume, set and prop pieces at the Empowerment Center. This event is sponsored by the City of West Hollywood through its Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission’s Arts Grant Program.
