An American, Joe Praml lived in London for 14 years where he was a stage actor. Twice while on tours of England, Scotland and Wales in London-based productions, he played week long engagements in Swansea, Wales and got to know the city and places described in A Child's Christmas in Wales. Joe is a member of the Dylan Thomas Society located in Swansea, the birthplace of Dylan Thomas.
