In the world of Fitness and Endurance competitions, things just got a little dirtier... literally! Elite and amateur athletes from around the country battle it out under the scorching hot Texas sun on "Broken Skull Ranch." With obstacles like "The Back Breaker," "Skull Crusher," and "Shredder," it's clear that this competition means business!
Ryan talked to us about how he trained for the competition as well as tips he has for others who may be thinking of conquering an extreme fitness challenge like this.
"Going into this battle I know I had to be strong and explosive," said Ryan. "I focused a lot on Olympic lifting like heavy deadlifts and clean and jerks."
