Residential Burglary

A home was burglarized on May 23. Items stolen included 150 pounds of chocolate, chocolate molds, a mobile document scanner, and an Evo cellphone. The items have a total value of $650.
Lost Passport

A woman reported as lost a passport that she was supposed to receive in the mail. The woman had sent an expired Jamaican passport to the Jamaican Consulate in Washington, D.C., in February, and checked the status of the renewal May 9. The Jamaican Consulate said that a new passport had been sent to the residence on Santa Monica Boulevard, but the woman did not receive it and the item was reported missing May 24.
Stolen Speakers
A set of speakers was stolen out of a parked car on Lexington Avenue, east of Vista Street. The owner noticed a few items were moved around but did not see any other items missing, the report said.
Graffiti Damage
Two walls on Sierra Bonita Avenue were tagged with the letters “OGB” in gold spray paint. The first tag was 36” tall, inflicting $200 in damage. The second tag will cost $100 to remove.
