At-Risk Elderly Man Goes Missing In West Hollywood

The 82-year-old insulin-dependent diabetic was last seen at his home about noon Tuesday.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA – Authorities are asking for the public's help Wednesday in locating an at-risk missing man. Moysey Zelmanovich Kelshchik, an 82-year-old insulin-dependent diabetic who also suffers from low blood pressure, was last seen at his home in the 1200 block of Fairfax Avenue in West Hollywood about noon Tuesday, according to Deputy Trina Schrader of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Kelshchik is white, 5 feet 9, 167 pounds, with short gray hair and brown eyes, she said.

He was last seen wearing a dark shirt and black Adidas pants with three stripes on each side.

Kelshchik primarily speaks Russian, said Schrader.
