Joe Praml: Reading and Lecture - Dylan Thomas' humorous radio play UNDER MILK WOOD
Joe Praml returns to the Westwood Library to read and lecture about selections from the great Welsh poet's radio play for voices, which was later adapted into a stage play, and then a movie.

During Dylan Thomas' reading tours of the United States, he attracted standing-room only crowds. He was the "rock star poet' of the 20th Century. He is known for "A Child's Christmas in Wales," "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night", "And Death Shall Have No Dominion."

Joe Praml is a member of the Dylan Thomas Society located in Swansea, Wales, the birth place of Dylan Thomas. Joe does readings of Dylan Thomas at various venues during the annual Dylan Thomas Festival in October-November.
An American, Joe lived in London for 14 years where he was a stage actor and playwright. Twice while on tours of England, Scotland and Wales in London-based productions, he played week long engagements in Swansea and got to know the city, some of Dylan's favorite haunts and visited his final home and work place in Laugharne.'
