Sheryl Crow To Headline Free Concert In West Hollywood

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA — Sheryl Crow will headline Live On Sunset, a free concert scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 14.

The event is set to take place on the Sunset Strip between Doheny Drive and San Vicente Boulevard.

The nine-time Grammy winner and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee will return to the stretch of the strip where she played some of her earliest shows, city officials said. Crow’s Live On Sunset performance will be her first major performance following the release of "Pick You Up," her 12th studio album released Oct. 9.

The lineup also includes Local Natives, Empress Of, Grace Bowers, Doug Locke and Mia Moretti.

Admission is free, but online registration is required. The one-day event will feature a main stage, outdoor activities, food and beverages and fan activities along the concert corridor.

The event is intended to celebrate the Sunset Strip’s musical history and its continuing role as a destination for artists and audiences, organizers said.

“The Sunset Strip is one of the most legendary music destinations in the world, and Live On Sunset is an opportunity to celebrate that extraordinary legacy while creating an exciting new chapter,” West Hollywood Mayor John Heilman said in a statement. "For generations, artists, musicians, and fans have come to the Sunset Strip to experience something they couldn’t find anywhere else. We’re thrilled to bring live music out onto Sunset Boulevard and invite everyone to experience the energy, creativity, and unmistakable spirit that continue to make the Sunset Strip such an important part of culture.”
