tenement etiquette

living in an apartment can be great or it can be hellish.  it all depends on if tenants follow the rules of tenement etiquette.  many people who move to WEHO, are experiencing their first apartment, so, they need to have their awareness heightened about living in close proximity to others.
tenement etiquette rules to consider:

1. don't talk or play your music so loud that you force other people to hear it.
2.  time your laundry, don't leave it sitting in the laundry room, and don't take out other people's laundry if the dryer is still running.
3.  don't park in someone else's space.
4.  don't block the driveway.
5.  pick up after your dog and keep your dog on a leash.
6.  be considerate of non- smoking neighbors if you smoke.
7.  close doors quietly and don't allow them to slam.
8.  in a nutshell, don't ever solve your problem by creating a problem for someone else!

if everyone would just follow these simple common sense rules, living in one of the many multiple unit buildings in WEHO would be very pleasant indeed!
