Wouldn’t it be great to simply think yourself thin? Unfortunately this is not possible, and we need to take action. Many of us don’t know what to do or can’t do it for one reason or another. Here are some myths that I’d like to clear up...
Myth #1 - You can be thin and healthy without exercise or you can be thin and healthy with only exercise and get away with eating whatever you want. Both of these ideas are wrong. You must exercise and eat healthy to see a difference.
Myth #2 - Eat small portions to be thinner. This is half true, if you’re only eating carbs in small portions that’s a problem.

Myth #3 - My significant other likes me just the way I am, and if I change they will be uncomfortable. This is often a true hard fact, however there is no reason to refrain from going after what you want, ever.
Myth #4 - At social functions I must eat what they serve so I don’t offend the host. Fear of loss of friendship or family can be a motivator to do the wrong thing for yourself. If your loved ones are thinking this, maybe your relationship might need a little improvement in honest communication.

Myth #5 - I need to eat packaged foods because I’m not a cook. You don’t need to be Julia Child, you can eat clean wholesome food very easily. Some chicken with steamed broccoli and carrots and a small green salad is easy and great for you!
