Brush Fire Burns off Topanga Canyon Boulevard in Chatsworth

Firefighters quickly tackled a vegetation fire along Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

Firefighters made quick work this afternoon of a vegetation fire that briefly threatened a Chatsworth neighborhood.

The fire was reported at 2:18 p.m. in the 10200 block of Topanga Canyon Boulevard, David Ortiz of the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

Crews had the flames out in 20 minutes, he said.
