Girl Dies After Passing Out on Magic Mountain Roller Coaster
An autopsy is pending to find out what killed a 10-year-old girl, who was found unconscious on a Magic Mountain roller coaster.
A 10-year-old girl who was found unconscious at the end of a ride on the Revolution roller coaster at Six Flags Magic Mountain died at a hospital, authorities said today.
Jasmine Martinez, of the Ventura County community of Somis, died on Saturday, said Los Angeles County coroner’s Assistant Chief Ed Winter. An autopsy was pending to determine the cause of the youngster’s death, Winter said.
Firefighters were summoned to the Valencia theme park at 4:09 p.m. Friday, and the child, accompanied by one of her parents, was airlifted from the scene about 4:45 p.m., Los Angeles County Fire Department Supervising Dispatcher Cheryl Sims said.
