Grease Fire Leaves Woodland Hills Man in Serious Condition
A man suffered serious burns over 25 percent of his body from a grease fire at his Woodland Hills home.

One man was hospitalized today in serious condition after he suffered second and third degree burns in a grease fire at his residence, a fire department spokesman said.
Firefighters responded at 4:20 p.m. to a reported fire in the 5700 block of Canoga Avenue, Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott.
“It was a grease fire and it was already out when firefighters arrived,” Scott said. “The found one man with second- and third-degree burns over 25 percent of his body.”

Scott said the fire victim was hospitalized in serious condition.
