LAPD Serves Up Coffee with a Cop in Woodland Hills Area Today

Residents are invited to have a chat with a cop over a free cup of coffee.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- Friday is Coffee with a Cop Day in Los Angeles when police officers all over the city will sit down for a cup of java and a chat with residents.

The goal of the event is for residents to meet local police officers to discuss community issues in a one-on-one, laid-back environment. Best of all, the coffee is free.

“Coffee with a Cop is a great opportunity to bring the community and members of the police department together to exchange ideas, address concerns and share in conversation over a great cup of coffee,” said Chief Charlie Beck. “We are proud to partner with the local businesses and are grateful for their insight and vision to help build a better community.”
